Founded in Tuscany in 2020, the client is a leading player in the luxury industry. It represents the first integrated manufacturing hub in Italy to embrace the entire value chain, from product development to production for the international luxury sector. The group boasts a network of 24 laboratories strategically located across 12 regions in Italy. With a workforce exceeding 3,200 employees, it has established fruitful collaborations with over 70 renowned international brands.
The customer intended to introduce a new comprehensive HCM system capable of collecting and managing all essential data and processes within the HR department. Avvale suggested the adoption of Talentia HCM Suite, a modular suite capable of handling a complete repository of personal and work-related data and supporting various HR management processes. Talentia is a digitally native, cloud-based Saas software with a process-oriented approach. Together with the customer, Avvale devised a phased implementation strategy to ensure smooth management of personal and labor data, as well as HR processes, while activating appropriate security profiles for employees at all levels of the organization.
Talentia HCM Suite allows for efficient management of employee data and HR processes, promoting the sustainability of the group. The Recruiting module streamlines the recruitment process, ensuring the right talent is matched with job openings. Reporting & Dashboard provides insights for data-driven decision-making, increasing accuracy and fairness. The Training and E-learning module supports skill development, while Performance and Talent modules enable qualitative and quantitative assessments, career path design, and talent management, fostering sustainable workforce development.
