What you’ll do on the team
As a Project Manager at Avvale you will be responsible for assembling the project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of project(s) in the ERP and technology space. As Service Delivery Manager you will be a part of our Intelligent Enterprise team. In charge of the day to day operations of service delivery. Avvale’s AMS team is responsible for providing a 24/7 customer support experience to SAP Customers. What you’ll do on the team
As an EPM OneStream Team Lead you will bring a strong finance background and OneStream knowledge to Avvale's EPM team. You will be responsible for leading the design, development and delivery of OneStream projects for our clients and ensuring the success of your team. As a Team Lead you will apply your knowledge of the OneStream Solutions set and be responsible for leading the design, development and delivery of People Planning and other OneStream Planning projects for our clients.

Manage teams in identifying business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures.

Engage with business stakeholders of all levels to understand required capabilities and integrate business knowledge with technical solutions.

Work with Architects, technical and functional team members to determine the most appropriate technical strategy and designs to meet business needs.

Provide assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for OneStream that provide innovative and creative solutions to the clients technology roadblocks.

Collaborate with OneStream and Avvale sales team on sales pursuits and support sales cycles.

Support with presales activities like building demo strategy, content and presentations. This includes, preparing and presenting custom software demos in collaboration with OneStream and your team.

Manage full life cycle implementations and develop statements of work and/or client proposals. This includes, estimating solution effort and defining project team structure.

Formulate planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting strategies.

Build and Develop a successful “Delivery Excellence” organization through driving a common vision, practices, and capabilities across teams.
What you’ll bring to the team:

6+ years’ relevant experience implementing and architecting OneStream Planning and Consolidations modules

2+ years' experience leading and delivering project teams

Prior experience implementing and/or using Oracle EPM/Hyperion Solutions with expertise in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Essbase or similar CPM or Financial Systems solutions

A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines

What you’ll do on the team
As an SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) Consultant you will be a member of Avvales Application Managed Services team supporting clients SAP Systems and collaborating with business partners to align technology solutions with business strategies. You will uncover new opportunities for innovation by bringing deep functional and technical expertise and guiding clients to solutions that realize their full business potential.
You will be responsible for:

At times, you will work autonomously with the client and lead the presentation of standard SAP process flows, system demonstrations, and provide insightful recommendations for improvement to further support the clients evolving business process

Provide ongoing support of SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) systems, test new functionality based on the requirements collected

Research and document current business processes and provide creative improvement recommendations

Support cross-functional business processes in Finance, Sales, Procurement, Distribution with a focus on Production Planning

You lead by example by following best practices like thorough business process documentation and client requirements.

Your ability to communicate will build trust and enhance the relationship with the client and your colleagues. At times you may direct tasks of other resources to resolve an issue or complete a deliverable
What you’ll bring to the team

Must be fluent in English
-
Minimum of 4+ years experience in SAP FICO core areas (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, CCA, CO-PA, CO-PC) and its integration with other SAP modules

In addition to strong production support experience you will have worked on one end-to-end SAP FICO implementation, including hands-on design, configuration and testing
-
Knowledge with design/configuration and testing for core FICO areas: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, CCA, CO-PA, CO-PC

You will have experience gathering requirements specific to SAP Finance and Controlling

Assignments:
-Plan, coordinate and implement projects within the defined budget, schedule and scope;
-Define the project schedule;
-Monitor project deliverables;
-Update relevant stakeholders or team members on project progress;

What you’ll do on the team
As a Senior MDG Consultant, you will be part of the Avvale Application Managed Services team in North America. You will work on a blend of small scale projects and ongoing AMS activities for clients based in the United States. You’ll have the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and build upon your existing technical skills while also wearing the hat of a Consultant by leading design sessions, working closely with functional/business team members, and playing a key role in the overall solution architecture. This role is remote and requires zero travel.

Experience in Master data management with expertise in implementing SAP MDG and SAP ECC and SAP EIM tools like Data Services and Information Steward

Experience with SAP Table structure – preferably S/4 HANA
