Grupo Pryconsa is a prominent real estate developer operating in the Spanish domestic market. With 57 years of experience and a presence in more than 10 provinces, they've honed their expertise, becoming leaders in real estate solvency.
Grupo Pryconsa faced the challenge of boosting digitalization by updating its management system to adapt to a market in constant change and permanent technological innovation. Its objective was to migrate its central system in the shortest possible time, minimizing user efforts and ensuring a successful transition to enable Pryconsa to optimize treasury management.
The systems involved are mainly SAP, starting with ERP and Data Warehouse. They chose to implement SAP S/4HANA with Avvale as a technology partner, using the EasyRISER methodology certified by SAP achieving the goal in just 5 months.
