Ferrarelle Società Benefit, the company behind iconic brands such as Ferrarelle, Vitasnella, and Amedei, is not just a leader in the mineral water industry but also a model of commitment to sustainability and social well-being. With a mission to align business growth with the enhancement of local communities and the environment, Ferrarelle has consistently sought innovative solutions to harmonize its corporate growth with its sustainability goals.

The Challenge

Before collaborating with Avvale, Ferrarelle faced fragmented and inefficient HR processes. Key activities such as performance evaluation and compensation management were performed manually and offline, leading to time loss, errors, and challenges in tracking progress and results. The absence of a centralized platform resulted in inconsistent data flows and disjointed management, hindering effective decision-making. Recruitment was another critical pain point: without an automated system, candidate selection and onboarding were slow, negatively impacting operational efficiency.

The Approach

To address these challenges, Avvale implemented a step-by-step strategic approach tailored to Ferrarelle's needs.

The first step was deploying Talentia Cloud Core HR, a digital platform configured as a master system for integrated human resource management. This was essential to centralize employee data, eliminating manual and fragmented management.

Next, Avvale integrated a performance management system, introducing structured KPIs to create transparency throughout the evaluation cycle, from goal setting to final review. Integration with ADP Payroll Cloud streamlined HR and payroll functions, minimizing errors and improving data accuracy. The transformation culminated in the introduction of a recruiting platform that simplified candidate selection and speeded up onboarding.

The Impact

The full digitalization of HR processes significantly improved efficiency by centralizing employee information on a single platform, reducing data duplication, and increasing data accuracy. Moreover, allowing employees to manage their data entry fostered engagement and accountability. Digitalizing compensation policies brought greater transparency and consistency to salary adjustments, while the new recruiting platform accelerated hiring timelines, boosting overall efficiency in the recruitment process.
