The Challenge

Faced with the monumental task of processing over 172 million financial documents, our client grappled with the need to modernize their invoicing operations. Relying on SAP Vendor Invoice Management and b+digital compliance, they sought an upgrade to the latest version of SAP VIM to ensure uninterrupted functionality and performance. The sheer scale of their invoicing volume necessitated a solution that could seamlessly manage invoices from issue to receipt while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

The Approach

Leveraging Avvale’s expertise in implementation, integration, and data migration projects, our team meticulously planned and executed the upgrade of SAP VIM, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and maximizing the efficiency of the upgrade process. Additionally, we updated the OpenText Archive Center components and installed compatible versions on new servers, ensuring smooth operations. Remarkably, we migrated over 172 million documents without disrupting business operations.
