Refrival is a leading company in integral services for points of sale in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector in Spain, with a national network of collaborating companies. Its mission is to generate added value for its customers beyond service, through innovative solutions.
Refrival faced the challenge of efficiently maintaining and optimizing its SAP S/4HANA systems in an environment with complex and customized business processes. Among the main issues were fragmented billing with a high number of unnecessary invoices, the need to constantly monitor the process due to multiple customer-specific validations, resulting in cancellations and blockages, and the lack of efficiency in upstream billing and analysis times.
Avvale analyzed Refrival's billing process and transformed it to optimize its performance, ensuring greater efficiency and compliance with established times. After analyzing and optimizing its processes, it was possible to improve the billing program, simplify the parameterization tables to facilitate their use by employees, eliminate unnecessary segmentation in billing, and additionally generate customized log records.
In addition, the new approach gave the business greater autonomy, reducing dependence on manual interventions and improving the reliability of the billing process. With continuous adjustments to adapt to new requirements, the solution evolved to respond in a more agile and simpler way to the company's needs.
