Role and position
You will act as a Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Position Profile:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented SDR to join our Growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively contacting potential customers, identifying sales opportunities and driving revenue growth. Your ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively and close deals will be essential to your success in this role.
Main responsibilities:
-Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads, initiate contact and qualify prospects for further engagement.
-Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.
-Sales Negotiation: Collaborate with prospects to understand their needs and adapt solutions to meet their requirements, negotiating prices and terms when necessary.
-Closing Sales: Close deals and achieve sales goals by demonstrating a solid understanding of our products and their benefits.
-Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
-Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors and potential opportunities to inform your sales approach.
Requirements and skills
.-Graduation degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields is desirable.
-Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
-Proficiency in CRM/Sales Management software (HubSpot and Salesforce) and in the Microsoft Office and Google suite.
-Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other departments.
-Results-oriented mentality and a competitive spirit.
-Soft Skills: Liking people, negotiation, planning, good verbal and written communication
