Together with Avvale, Bonatti embarked on a transformation journey that put people and decision-making at the center of financial consolidation, creating a single, reliable foundation that finance teams could trust and easily navigate. Leveraging CCH Tagetik solution, consolidation processes were reimagined to be more intuitive, allowing users to move seamlessly from high-level results to underlying account details. Cloud-based architecture ensured that updates were immediate and maintenance minimal, while integration with existing enterprise systems allowed data to flow naturally across the organization.

Avvale worked closely with Bonatti to shape a model that could handle statutory consolidation today and expand naturally toward forecasting, planning and regulatory compliance tomorrow. Intercompany reconciliation - often a source of friction in complex groups - was transformed into a guided, transparent experience, aligned with Bonatti’s organizational logic and supported by intelligent rules that adapt to different consolidation scopes.
